Digital Office is a custom Lotus Domino database designed to automate the workflow and paper for a personal injury law firm - from the initial client interview to final settlement. All documents, such as emails, Word templates and scanned documents are linked by Matter ID for easy review and retrieval. The responsible lawyer can time manage the file from beginning to end which is viewable from a Lotus Notes client. Calendar and To Do events are assigned to various groups within the firm and tracked centrally. Digital Office has a shared folder portal where common documents can be stored and viewed by all users.
